Almost a Blank Slate

Demolition: so much insulation! Blown-in insulation is easy on the install but such a pain as you take everything down. But the end of demo is in sight and we’re starting to see how the house will take shape.

We may have the bulk of the demo done, but there’s still the cleanup – and all the spider webs, ew!
Seriously, the insulation seemed to never end.

Now they demo is winding down, things are going to quickly look different – and this is where the real money gets spent, ha!

This week’s fun discovery: evidence of an old fire. There’s a lot of history in this tiny bungalow!
