The tiny house has stairs!! That is all.

Okay, that’s not all, lol. The new stairs let a ton of light into the basement – removing much of the creepiness. (The last of the creepy will go when we finally paint over the funky mushroom art.) And since we’re going for an open layout upstairs, all that light will stay, yay!

Unofficial poll: what kind of finish for the stairs? (A) Leave open and paint or stain or (B) Finish closed and cover in carpet (the rest of the house will be tile).
